UX Designer

As a UX-designer, you are an individual who has a keen eye for detail and simultaneously trust their instinct to make design choices based on tried-and-true techniques. In addition, you have a knack for knowing what users want, whilst relying on data and logic. Last but not least, we are looking for someone who flourishes in an environment that encourages outside-the-box thinking as user needs are constantly evolving. Therefore, based on our unique machine learning-based algorithm, we are looking for someone who is either an Artist, an Idealist or a Protector.


You can cope with situations in a variety of ways and have a strong appreciation for aesthetic beauty.


You enjoy the process of creative problem-solving and want to come up with novel ideas to improve the circumstances for people.


You believe in constant personal growth and tend to improve yourself and the world around you.

Your responsibilities

Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Align user needs with business objectives and design user-friendly experiences by finding creative solutions to complex UX problems;
  • Compile research, conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends to come up with innovative concepts;
  • Design a top-notch, consistent on-brand experience across all channels;
  • Conduct concept & usability testing and enhance conversion through A/B testing & multivariate tests;
  • Define interaction models and utilize wire frames and prototypes;
  • Contribute design ideas and prototypes to our development team;
  • Transform data into insights to refine and iterate the overall customer experience.

Ultimately, the ideal candidate would be someone who seeks to enhance the usability, accessibility, aesthetics and interactive elements of the overall user interface.

Your qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or related field;
  • Preferably 5 years of experience as a UX-designer in an international environment;
  • Solid experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, wire frame tools and the latest web (analytics) developments;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
