Machine Learning Specialist

At Karreer.com we are changing the recruitment industry. Due to our growth, we are looking for a machine learning specialist. As a machine learning specialist, you will be responsible for the necessary skills to transform and visualize data in a distributed and scalable way. You will be tasked with building the right infrastructure and implementing the algorithms that will change the world as we know it. Furthermore, you will help to improve daily operations, maintain strong customer relations and keep innovating towards better solutions in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning. Based on our unique machine learning-based algorithm, we are in need of someone who is either a Nurturer, a Thinker or a Guardian.

Your responsibilities

Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Apply machine learning technologies to develop innovative solutions;
• Use natural language understanding techniques to reveal insights from contextual data;
• Perform statistical analyses across diverse data sets to measure performance;
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions;
• Collaborate with team members (also helping/sharing ideas on other than your dedicated uses cases), improve operational efficiency and document best practices.

Your qualifications

• Preferably a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics, or Statistics;
• Fluency in English is a must;
• You have a passion for, and experience with AI & big data, data science, cloud computing and technology;
• Familiarity with machine learning models and methods;
• Knowledge of deep learning methods (e.g. CNN, LSTM, GRU, etc.).
